Building Resilience in Education

Schools are critical environments for fostering emotional well-being, especially for children navigating stress and trauma. We partner with schools to equip educators with the skills to identify and support students experiencing emotional distress.

Darca Schools

Darca aims at providing high level schooling to the periphery. Our mission together is to strengthen the underserved communities in Israel’s periphery.

We help their teaching staff and management to cope with their challenging, war stricken daily life.

Building Resilience in Healthcare

Healthcare professionals face relentless stress and exposure to trauma, especially in high-pressure environments like pediatric care. We work closely with medical centers and hospitals to provide staff with the tools they need to manage their own stress and support their patients and colleagues effectively.

Barzilai Medical Center

This study will evaluate the impact of EmotionAid protocol on medical staff, management, and supporting teams at Barzilai Hospital.

The EmotionAid® protocol will provide effective tools for coping with intense stress during crises and wartime.

Schneider Children’s medical center

This upcoming study at Schneider will evaluate the effects of EmotionAid protocol on pediatric doctors and nurses, who deal with daily stress and trauma.

The study is expected to show a significant reduction in stress levels amont the medical staff, alongside with improved ability to handle daily traima situations.

Building Resilience in Natural disaster zones / War

In the aftermath of crisis, the emotional toll on individuals and communities is immense. We step in by equipping local leaders, aid workers, and first responders with tools to provide early emotional support.

Beit Halochem TLV

The outbreak of the Iron Swords War has led to a significant rise in PTSD among soldiers and veterans.

We have launched a training pilot in Tel Aviv for physiotherapists and skippers. Following its completion, we will expand the program to train all Beit Halochem employees and extend it to additional cities.

Wives

The wives and mothers of soldiers experience high emotional stress, balancing their own fears and anxieties while providing stability for their families.

The EmotionAid® program is designed to equip them with self-regulation tools, helping them manage stress and anxiety, support their families, and foster resilience within their households.
