EmotionAid® is a brief, effective intervention designed for emotional first aid and self-regulation. Rooted in breakthroughs in neuroscience, it provides a rapid reset of the body’s physiological communication system – linking the brain and the autonomic nervous system. Some of its core principles are drawn from Somatic Experiencing®.
Proven in the field, EmotionAid® has been approved by Helsinki committees for research on preventing burnout among hospital staff, and studies in this area are currently underway.
